  • Parenting Profile Details (Optional): Baby name/nickname, birth or due date, developmental stage, and milestones you choose to save in Parent Space. These details are linked to your authenticated ParentingHub account.

3. How Your Information Is Used

We use your data solely for:

  • Fulfilling and dispatching your orders via authorized couriers (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier).
  • Sending real-time order tracking and dispatch alerts via SMS or email.
  • Enabling your 7-day easy warranty and return records.
  • Showing the Parent Space details and milestones you choose to save to your account.

4. Community Privacy & Boundaries

ParentingHub Community forum is a supportive public space for Pakistani mothers and fathers to exchange practical tips. Important: Questions and answers posted in the community are visible to other parents. Never post private phone numbers, home addresses, or confidential medical diagnosis in public forum threads.

5. Account Storage, Data Security & No Third-Party Sales

Account, order, wishlist and Parent Space information you save is stored with your authenticated ParentingHub account so it can persist after refresh and sign-in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data transmitted between your browser and our store is protected using HTTPS/SSL.
